Beanie is all dressed up in his tuxedo to celebrate “National Black Cat Appreciation Day.” Okay, to be fair, Beanie is always dressed in his tuxedo. This black and white cat is beyond friendly! He is the very first cat to greet anyone who enters the cat adoption room at The Humane Society of Kent County. And he will have a full blown conversation with you and demand that you pet him!
Beanie is about 7 years old and was brought in to us as a stray. Unfortunately, he was never reclaimed and is now up for adoption. He has an adorable little face, these crazy wrinkled ears, and the sweetest disposition! He gets along fine with the other cats in the adoption room and is currently living with a group of 7 other cats in a community kennel. He has no problem standing out in the crowd, though!
Beanie may not be a kitten, but he is so special in his own way. He is inquisitive and funny and is guaranteed to show you love! Help celebrate “National Black Cat Appreciation Day” by adopting Beanie or another black shelter cat today!
The HSKC Shelter is open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays through Saturdays 11am to 4pm, and adoption applications can be filled out online ahead of time at www.kenthumane.org to speed the process.
